Recruiting is wild. It’s exhausting & frustrating. It’s rewarding. It’s weird. As a coach, the process rewards us & stings us too; sometimes in the same day. My solace in this thing, as a believer, is at the end of the day God puts you right where you are supposed to be. #outlove
