Athletes should train their minds just as much as they train their bodies. Likewise, coaches should teach mental skills just as much as they teach physical skills.

Coaching is service. The way kids experience it can build them up or break them down. Every interaction shapes how they learn, grow, view authority & even their futures. Coaches don’t just teach skills; they shape young lives. Serve kids well because they’ll carry it forever.
