17 flights in the last month. Eating on the road got me. 30 hard will consist of: 1. Only eat solid foods between 11am-7pm 2. No fried foods 3. No bread 4. No beer 5. Ice plunge or other recovery options 3+ a week 251.2 on 7/22 and the goal is 240 by 8/22. 11.2 pounds…
