Every time a school system pays some shyster to come in and peddle a BS alternative to discipline and accountability, the American public educational system gets worse. We've trained a generation of young people to believe that they are not responsible for their bad decisions.

I think about the Wishbone at least once a day.

Surround yourself with people that tell the truth. Story tellers will tell you what you want to hear . Truth tellers will lead you down the right path even when the path seems rough .

Grappling inspired drills have been in my programming for over 10 years. I do not feel this is contact prep, no momentum or collision. But it is sound lineman conditioning paired with heavy sled work. Progress to 10 reps each with varied work/rest ratios.
