Yes - 95+ Exit Velo off the bat is great to see and coaches love that. But if the hitter each year is always hitting around 200 or less does the 95 exit Velo really matter? I know I rather have a .300+ hitter with a Lower exit Velo to help us win baseball games. Sometimes
