1/3 At yesterday’s #Play4Kwibuka31 Football Festival, our Community Impact Coaches, Oscarie & Evariste, led purposeful play sessions that went far beyond the game.

2/3 Using football, they taught kids about core Rwandan values and raised awareness of the history of the Genocide against the Tutsi in a way that was engaging, age-appropriate, and deeply moving.

As part of our SAFE Initiative, Coaches Across Continents encourages all partner organizations and coaches to explore safeguarding from multiple perspectives — one of which is Community Safe. Coach Pema, a dedicated Community Impact Coach from Childreach Nepal, led a session.
