Some kids are better AAU players, some are better HS players and some are great at camps. It’s always good to watch the kids in multiple settings to fully evaluate. Every setting isn’t the best for every player.

Never got into coaching and teaching for the accolades, but I really appreciate the messages from parents this morning thanking us for looking after their children and keeping them safe. It's always more than X's and O's.

17u players…for most of you, today is you last day playing AAU basketball. Your parents have spent thousands, used vacation time, worked in the car and from hotels, been nervous for you, and have had many sleepless nights. Thank them, hug them, tell them you love them.

I just want to take a moment to say THANK YOU to every single player on this team. This season wasn’t just about wins and losses—it was about growth, heart, and unity. You showed up, gave your all, and represented KiaNurseElite with pride and character every single day.
