Can we stop advertising jobs as Director of S&C or Director of Athletic Performance and it ultimately be “babysitting” NARPS in Weightlifting classes. Thanks

College Prep is not choosing to work on technical/tactical skill only before showing up on campus. You want to be physically prepared as possible going up against 19-24 years olds. Especially in this Transfer Portal 🌏 Here are some clips from past few months preparing for D2 🏀

Have principles, systems and processes you operate from. Don’t just copy random methods from social media and call it a program. Your athletes and/or clients deserve better

One of the hardest things you can do is stick your process and training. That’s discipline. Training that pushes boundaries and development over time. Not the flashy lights, DJs, smoke machines, and dudes puking everywhere.

Training a QB in the WeightRoom should be tailored. Not Templated. In-game, QBs are rarely throwing from a perfect stance. A strong, stable trunk allows them to stay balanced and generate power even when the pocket collapses or they’re off-platform.
