One of the hardest parts of the coaching profession is seeing someone w/no coaching experience get a coveted job (almost all head coaching jobs). You can’t fault the newly minted coach either. The blame lies on leadership and it happens at the HS, college, and pro levels.

It’s been awhile. 🫡

Congrats to an absolute legend on your decision. One of the best people I’ve ever met and a guy that gave everything he had to the campus. Thank you for everything Donny!
