Figure out how to steal reps in your practice plans! 4 hitting groups = 4 guys swinging. 2 rds of 8 can double when you assign movement patterns to whoever is on deck at a station. Maximize your ⏱️ in the cages and get to work (young guys need it!)

Every game of catch is an opportunity to improve or form bad habits. It’s so easy to invite bad habits while playing a lazy game of catch with nonchalant intent and mechanics. If you want better efficiency, velocity and consistency, take catch seriously.

A few things coaches love to see in players in no particular order -Athleticism -Arm Strength -Bat to ball skills -Ability to drive the ball to all fields -“One handed” glove skills -Instincts -Feel -Toughness (mental and physical) -Good Body Language
