Had a great day at the Lindenwood mega camp, want to thank all the coaches that were there and the opportunity they gave me. I also had two amazing conversations with Charles (Chuck) Wade Jr. and Stafford Lewis, and thanks for Logan Spain for letting me know about the camp.

PLAYERS: Making excuses about why you aren't in the gym, the weight room, or at training sessions usually leads to bad habits. These bad habits will be the same ones that lead you to make excuses during the season as to why you are underperforming.

If pro athletes don’t need sport specific training…. Then your 10-14 year old doesn’t. Get strong first. It fixes a lot of other attributes.
