I coached this young man at 15u and he did stuff preparation wise I’ve never seen before. Ben Williamson of William & Mary is a stud. If your a young player watch him because that’s how the game should be played. #MLBDraft

Congratulations to Coach Camp and the rest of his staff and players for playing tough baseball all week. Their laser focus was awesome to watch.

Talking with my guy Dylan Brice Little about what is failure. Failure means we have not perfected it yet. Failure means your working through it. The true failure is simply not trying. Be humble we all fail.

Everett Catlett (Orleans Firebirds | Georgetown Baseball | '23) struck out one across 4.1 clean innings of relief yesterday. Second stellar outing of the playoffs for him. FB 92-95, CH 85-90, SL 80-81. Only allowed 3 runs in 31.1 INN for the Mystic Schooners this summer #PGCape

Earlier this week a defamatory social media post went viral about a great college program. IT IS NOT TRUE that George Mason Baseball "...took every scholarship away from the whole 2024 class. They want to use the money in the portal. They said you can walk on if you want." 💯 #FACTS

I stated this below yesterday for someone to lie about a program is ridiculous. If you have questions pick up the phone and call the head coach his number is public.

I have watched over 50 conference championship games between all conferences as I recover from my surgery and what sticks to me is how important coaches are to players. Coaches championship does not define your success it is your place in those players hearts. #MakeADifference

In college they get 6 days rest In the minors they get 4-6 days rest In MLB they get 4 days rest In high school we give kids with growth plates open with not great routines defined and we create chronic workload on 3-5 days rest. Then we ask why do they get hurt.

Attention young hitters if you are watching the playoffs notice the great at bats are aggressive. Do not be passive on the offensive side of the ball.

If you’re a high school player you should be getting dialed in over the next three weeks. When February 15th hits you need to start facing live pitching. Do not allow yourself to face live pitching two weeks before the season. #findaway

Here's my thought on the below…..After the first 2 games of season, parents/fans can form their initial impressions on a team's offensive lineup. But the coaching staff has 80% of the other data that matters; ie practice performances + intra squads, etc. After Game 2, a

The best time of the year starts this coming week. College baseball is off and running, high school starts and spring training games start Friday. The greatest time of the year and the warmth is just around the corner. Play Ball!!

If you never quit nobody can ever stop you. For all the players who do not like the results of your team placement in high school do something about it. Let it motivate you not destroy you. Look in the mirror and understand only you dictate how you feel about yourself.
