I’m loading up with the good stuff ahead of an all-nighter at the count in Stoke for BBC News (UK). Delighted to have been called “duck” already.

The fate of Jonathan Gullis hangs in the balance… and yet… votes now all verified the counters for Stoke North are getting a sarnie break. Never mind this racing around like in the North East, the people of Stoke like to pace themselves.

Still awake here in Stoke 👀. 1 Tory ousted. Top beeb team slogging on for another 2 counts. Mary Fuller

Labour win back number 2 of the 3 seats here in Stoke for Gareth Snell MP . One more result to go for Stoke South. it’s very tight but would be massive if Labour could unseat Jack Brereton.

Cost of Living Correspondent Colletta Smith joins us on Monday to provide the latest updates on household bills and the support available. Are you worried about your bills? If so, why? Do you have a question about them? Let us know!

Good to see Colletta Smith reporting from Bradford on the BBC News at Six. “There's a real weariness when people hear about cuts to government departments,… trims here and there. “People have been living with the impacts of those cuts for years now.”

Spent the day covering the fact that 6m households will now qualify for the Warm Home Discount. It's a big change. So in a small sweaty kitchen on the hottest day of the year, I asked the Prime Minister UK Prime Minister if energy bills will go up as a result. BBC News (UK)
