Ireland has a target of reducing food waste by 50% by 2030. Yesterday marked a 10 year milestone partnership between FoodCloud and Tesco Ireland of their efforts on this. Our Department of Dept of Agriculture, Food and the Marine are actively supporting this too through the innovative Growers project:
