To begin this year's theme of Community, we are joining Duke students, faculty, and staff in reading @nikkierlick's bestselling novel. The Congregation's book groups will begin on 8/9, with groups at 10am and 7pm. Email [email protected] for Zoom info.


Stay cool and serve this month at the air-conditioned Food Bank of Central & Eastern North Carolina We will help sort canned and/or perishable food for distribution in central and eastern North Carolina. On 8/13 and 8/20, you can also drop off non-perishable or canned donations with you to worship.




Our September Book Group starts on the 6th! We will be reading Nadia Bolz-Weber's bestselling "Accidental Saints." The book is described as funny, vulnerable, and occasionally profane. Join for discussion every Wednesday at 10am or 7pm! Nadia Bolz-Weber







How do we form authentic community as a church? We will wrestle with that question as we discuss Ruth Haley Barton's book "Life Together in Christ" this month. The study begins on 10/18. For Zoom links to the morning or evening discussion groups, email: [email protected]





The Holidays can be a hard time to be grieving the loss of a loved one. Growing thru Grief, a coalition of area religious and civic organizations which includes the Congregation, offers small group support. For more details, please contact [email protected].



Join us for worship at Duke Chapel this Sunday! Pastor Carol Gregg will be offering her final sermon before she retires this month after 10 years of service to the Congregation. The service will be at 11:00am and livestreamed on the Chapel's YouTube Channel.
