We went back to Mana, for the most celebratory lunch. 19yrs in the making... I've said it before but this is 2* cooking all day long. Exquisite. It's so good I forgot to take pictures of almost all of it, and there's no higher praise to the restaurant or the company we were with.

I also want to say, again, that Molly runs one of the best, warmest FoH teams in the city, and as well as cooking up a storm Connor Slater Rosie and the brigade present the dishes tableside beautifully, reeling of the inspiration and ingredients of each with an easy authority.
