A million thanks to our panelists and chairs for making our symposium Constitution_Studies today such a success - a lively and engaging discussion throughout the day and lots of synergies among all the research topics. We hope you will join us again next year!

Very honoured to have shared this panel on the content of constitutional rights yesterday with @MariaKotsoni3 and @Clareshryb with John O'Dowd chairing. Many thanks to the other panelists and to the convenors of the event as well! Seána Glennon Constitution_Studies

Very grateful for the opportunity to present my research on this panel chaired by Art O'Leary alongside so many brilliant participants. A huge thanks to the organisers of the Constitution_Studies symposium Seána Glennon and Eoin Carolan.

Our wonderful colleague Seána Glennon has co-authored an article with Eoin Carolan in International Journal of Constitutional Law entitled 'The consensus-clarifying role of deliberative mini-publics in constitutional amendment: A reply to Oran Doyle and Rachael Walsh'; available here: academic.oup.com/icon/advance-a…

Our soon-to-be postdoc Seána Glennon passed her viva yesterday with flying colours! Congratulations Seána on your groundbreaking empirical research on deliberative minipublics.

‘The claim to representative legitimacy cannot but be weakened if a putative “mini-public” is made up of ... an attitudinal minority ... far more similar to each other than the population as a whole.’ Eoin Carolan & Seána Glennon (Constitution_Studies) x.com/icon_journal/s…

I am thrilled to share that I passed my PhD viva with no corrections UCD Sutherland School of Law yesterday! I am so grateful to Prof Erin Delaney for acting as my external examiner & to my internal examiner Marie-Luce Paris & chair Cathryn Costello for making my viva such a fulfilling experience
