Great week on the Senior Clinical Leaders programme in London with The King's Fund meeting such a brilliant cohort of thoughtful leaders. Thanks to Florence Nightingale Foundation and Burdett Trust 💙 for making it possible. Forging the future and making it real for patients and the people we lead

An interesting subject discussed around measuring value. The thought for the weekend are we “comfort seeking or problem sensing “in our approach .......

A really positive step for professional practice, support and learning. I am really looking forward to attending. Interested? Still time to join in....

Thanks to all the staff, our leadership team and our volunteers for the weekend support and continued dedication to looking after our sickest patients. Still not over but everyone has pulled together to overcome the challenges we have faced. Just a big thank you.

Happy New Year - getting busier now. Have had a chance to meet our clinicians and volunteers through the night in AOC, ED, SOS bus and on the river.

I want to thank our staff, our volunteers, the police and St. John Ambulance for the work and support tonight. A special thanks to our acute hospital colleagues, despite the pressures, have helped our patient handovers as quickly as possible so we can get back on the road.

A very powerful, personal account relevant to us all. Especially our BAME colleagues, a reminder of why Covid secure and the vaccination programme are so important. Thanks Glenn for sharing
