Tacos ๐ŸŒฎ are best shared and yesterday's taco spread was delicious and such sunshine food! โœจโ˜€๏ธ๐ŸŒต I did spicy tofu and mushroom for the veggie filling and slow cooked pork for the other. Made my own tortillas which were even better today for a breakfast taco ๐ŸŒฎ๐Ÿ˜

Just a question...would you be put off if a local takeaway or food place was charging premium prices but using really cheap packaging for their food? I.e polystyrene. As a business we don't use it & hate it! but youre literally paying triple to save the planet you know ๐Ÿงฑโ˜ ๏ธ

We did a private 30th at Yes Lah and here's a snippet of a canapรฉ I did for the event. My nod to Miang Kam, a delicious fresh Thai appetiser usually served on betel leaves. Super fresh, zingy, tasty and so pretty ๐Ÿ’–๐ŸŒž๐Ÿ‡น๐Ÿ‡ญ

Best charity shop find to date...a walis! The lady didn't understand my excitement when I found it, even more so that it said Baguio city ๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ญ such fate!I've wanted one for yonks. This is going straight to Yes Lah..you can't get anymore Asian than this ๐Ÿ˜†

Taco Tuesday ๐ŸŒฎ๐Ÿ’– even made some cute mixed tortillas using the original & blue masa flour, so pretty! ๐Ÿ˜ We had slow cooked beef short rib tacos & crispy mushrooms with peppers, similar to BUNDOBUST Manchester Piccadilly Indochinese flavours...divineeeeโœจ๐Ÿ’š

Kuay Teaw Ped Toon Thai Duck noodle soup ๐Ÿ’–๐Ÿ‡น๐Ÿ‡ญ for dinner yesterday. Absolutely delicious and no waste by using the carcass I had saved in the freezer. Served with stir fried spinach on the side in garlic and pork fat! โœจ๐Ÿ™

One of my fav things I've made for a while! We kindly got given some courgettes from our friends allotment so I stuffed the flowers w/ crab, prawn & smokey bacon & fried them. The rest of the courgette went into a beef Penang curry.. absolutely divine! ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ’–
