After 2 years of being the same issue to your attention. With the most recent compliant of the same issue 20 days ago. This has caused 2000 pound of damage my property. The way you are treating elderly vulnerable homeowners is a disgrace. No claim for has been sent no response.

Thank you for the polite public message. Unfortunately Network Rail fail to deal with this issue despite the continued polite public profile you choose to portray. What a disappointing and disgraceful way to conduct business and treat people.

Inconvenience? It’s been two years of inconvenience. Network Rail thank you once again for your polite public comment. Unfortunately you fail to deal with my complaint / issue. After 20 day and after 2 years. Shame on you.
