Post 16 students had the pleasure of meeting Nicolas Hamilton at their work placement at Evtec Automotive. Nic is an a Racing Driver and the first disabled athlete ever to compete in the British Touring Car Championship (BTCC) and Ambassador for Evtec, thank you!

This week the Action Against Bullying Committee has been delivering assemblies to all students in school. The committee spoke about how to report suspected incidents of bullying and reminded their peers about the difference between 'banter' and bullying.

Our talented students had the chance to put their hard work into action, practicing racing the Go Karts they built themselves down at the incredible Stellantis Performance Academy. 🛠️➡️🏎️ As one student said: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “That trip was 1 million stars out of 5!” – TM

Corley Academy PE staff are excited to announce the beginning of our curriculum Cycling lessons. Our aim to get every child to learn to ride a bike by the time they leave Corley has begun! An excellent first lesson for our Year 11 students, amazing progress shown by all.

Celebrate Achievements! Alfie has joined a musical theatre group called GAPA. He performed with his group for the first time for the carers trust at the Ricoh Arena. He also made himself some bacon muffins with supervision. He showed great independence. We are very proud!

Macsen had a busy weekend doing Community work! Friday he helped the PTA at the Keresley Grange Summer Fair to set up, run a stall, do jobs and clear away. On Sunday he took part in the @AllesleyFestival parade with his scout group, collected money along the route for charities.
