I worry that even now, after our Valentine’s Day amendments to the Building Safety Bill, Registered Social Landlords such as Legacy Optivo (Customer Services) still see #leaseholders as cash machines to fund historic building safety defects. #PolluterMustPay not innocent victims.

I agree Deborah. Good Fellowship training works both ways. I have learned a lot over the years about practice in the UK and abroad. It’s a win win experience. ✔️

I also didn’t go to my The Royal College of Surgeons of England graduation, mainly because my then 3 old son, wife and elderly parents (one of whom was also FRCS) were going to be parked in a side room and watch it on a TV. And I was going to have to pay for it.
