A parent offering a simple unobtrusive device to improve indoor air quality in EVERY CLASSROOM in a secondary school which has demonstrably appalling ventilation (CO2 peaking at over 3,000ppm most days)… …and her offer is REJECTED. How did we end up here?

A big part of the problem is that the current BB101 guidelines for classrooms state that air quality is fine if the *average* CO2 level between 9am-4pm remains below 1,500ppm, including times when the classroom is unoccupied. These guidelines are outdated and inadequate.
