Larry Murray, a country-rock pioneer, died May 16. He was in the Scottsville Squirrel Barkers with Chris Hillman, in Hearts and Flowers with Bernie Leadon, worked on TV’s “Johnny Cash Show,” and wrote songs recorded by major artists. He’s at left in this Hearts and Flowers photo.
