Using X-ray crystallography fragment data from COVID Moonshot, we demonstrate that SILVR can perform both fragment merging and fragment linking, generating molecules complementary to the protein binding site, all without any knowledge of these tasks. (3/6)

Thanks to the readily available code for the diffusion model proposed by Emiel Hoogeboom we could condition it at runtime with X-ray fragments of Diamond XChem COVID Moonshot. New molecules: ✅ Have the same stability as original model ✅ New molecules fit the MPro binding site
