Great first Conference day yesterday with the Queen Katharine Academy NPQLT Teach First group, consolidating and exploring; it’s a pleasure to facilitate for this great team on behalf of Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Teaching School Hub, and to watch them develop.

This year with our commitment to #teacherwellbeing we are working with Michelle Auton. We are offering all of our ECTs a copy of her book “What Happy Teachers Do” and will be hosting a wellbeing session in January for them, their mentors and Induction Tutors.

Our first ECT year 2 conference is tomorrow. First one working with Teach First as our new delivery partner.

Last Friday @benobesejecty MP met with us at Somersham primary school to discuss the challenges and positive impact schools can have on our communities.
