Please don't express gratitude to Ramaphosa. Don't thank your abuser for giving you a break. Our economic crisis was not caused by Covid-19. It was caused by a harsh and often irrational lockdown. We have yet to count the real costs, in lives and livelihoods, of months of abuse.

All restaurants, wine farms, breweries, distilleries etc. Go forth, trade, prosper, supply jobs and growth and happiness to all your people. Grow South Africa like your government doesn’t depend on it... #voetsekANC xxx

We aren’t exactly being ‘radical’

We submitted a wine to Tasting Panels on Friday. 5 tasters. 2 said it was green light. The other 3 red lighted it with turbid, oxidised, volatile, mouldy and foreign to wine character. Other bottle tasted today and 4 tasters gave it 4 green lights…. What a system.

Rejected by the esteemed WSB tasting panels. Again. When will this nonsense end. Our 11th vintage of making this wine and the same headaches every year….
