So proud to be invited by Macas lab (from ELIXIR Czech Republic) to present at RepeatExplorer workshop how #REPET (from UR Genomics-Info part of IFB_Bioinformatique the French node of ELIXIR Europe) and RepeatExplorer are complementary tools in #transposons annotation. Can't wait !
π±π§¬πDo you enjoy looking at plant chromosomes, but do not know how? πDo not worry! SΓ²nia Garcia and me worked for two years to bring together exactly 100 authors for a Plant Cytogenetics and Cytogenomics protocol collection! doi.org/10.1007/978-1-β¦
π±π§¬We are grateful that Nii-Ayi Ankrah (Nii-Ayi) was able to join the lab to provide insight into the chromosomal variability of kenaf breeding lines. Now, you can read about this work in our preprint: doi.org/10.1101/2023.1β¦ Bayer Foundation Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology @TUD_Science

New paper at Molecular Biology and Evolution coming from the fruitful & fun collaboration with the group of @TonyHeitkam at Uni Graz/University of Graz and TU Dresden, Ales Kovarik at Institute of Biophysics of the Czech Acad.
