When you'd been wearing the same clothes for 48 hrs and my amazing husband comes and helps the invalid shower and change into clean pjs. Trousers are a must because I can't shave my legs as I still can't sit down due to the amount of pain it causes. Heres to new pain meds 🤞

It's so important to be aware of ones anatomy and not be ashamed to ask for help, a referral to get it checked. It annoys me that its automatically assumed that intimate itching is down to stds. I'm still waiting for my vulva dermatology appointment 😪

There needs to be so much more advocation for womens reproductive health. We are fobbed off too often and learn to suffer in a circle of silence

How do you apply yours? I used to rip and wrap. I've now learnt how to mould it to the right size from the hole outwards.
