I guess we shouldn't brag, but what the hell . .

We last brewed this in 2016, apparently - the super-duper Summit hops from the US are not always available! Arriving in draught form at discerning local outlets from next week onwards.

We don't mind if we do!

Which do you prefer? Left is filtered and carbonated, right is bottle-conditioned. We know where we stand on this!

It's new beer brew day and our faces lit up when we opened up these hops. The beer will be a few weeks in the making but well worth waiting for, we think.
