The Community Schools Alliance has advocated that when the moratorium is lifted that it be left in place for schools qualifying for the Rural & Northern Education Fund. It would be nice to see Cathy Abraham, (she,her) and OPSBA agree. Rural and northern schools need that acknowledgment.
