Food distribution at Bowie High School on Tuesday, July 8th at 10am. We need volunteers! Please report at 9:30am for a brief orientation.

EPISD Community Schools is hosting a series of nutrition classes every Thursday starting this week. From 7pm to 8pm at the Guillen Family Resource Center, 900 South Cotton. Free and open to the public.

EPISD Community Schools has teamed up with El Segundo Bakery to offer cooking classes with families at the Alamito Stream Center. This week participants learned how to make pizza. Big thanks to bakery owner Gulmaro Gonzalez for leading the class and providing supplies.

July Conscious Barrio meeting on Wednesday, July 30th at 6pm at the Guillen Family Resource Center, 900 South Cotton. Presentations by City of El Planning planning department and Grupo Bafar.
