As many of you will know, 12th November is International CJD Awareness Day. This a day when we all come together with our friends across the world to raise awareness of CJD. We will continue to raise the profile of this horrific illness and will not stop until a cure is found.

David Buckland sadly died in August of 2023, from Familial CJD. His son, Tom will be taking the Three Peaks Challenge which has to be finished within 24hrs. Good luck! Unfortunately his Auntie who was lost to the illness. Thank you for fundraising. tinyurl.com/pv6583bw 📷

Very well done to Sam who ran the London Marathon in 3hours 14 minutes 24 seconds! Amazing! He is raising funds in memory of his Auntie Jill who rapidly succumbed to CJD over a period of a few months. Thank you Sam for all your efforts - it really is appreciated.

The Campaign reached £1,000,000 in donations since conception in 2016. The campaign funds researchers at MRC, contribute to PRN100 and raise the profile of CJD. I would like to thank every single person who has contributed - it is really appreciated. Nicola Carnie - Chair.
