The problem with the Ethereum.org EVM is that the state architecture is incompatible with privacy and incompatible with multichain state. The problem with the EVM isn't the ISA. Just add `EVAL` and JIT bytecode sequences if you want to optimize stuff (like jets in Urbit Nock).
