New #publication out! We were curious what happens with the lipid #membrane if #proteins are inside. As a model of membrane proteins we use transmembrane #peptides with neutral and positive charge. The #charges turn out to be crucial in the peptides influence on the lipids. 1/4

Back from Prague! Attended the PhD defence of Man whom I advised at IOCB Prague; watched Katarina cwiklik_lab measure data for future proposals; gave a talk at J. Heyrovsky Institute of Physical Chemistry CAS; met many old&new colleagues; and went for a long hop-scented run along Vltava, followed by some duck 🥰
