Japan has added new sanctions against Russia. Included are bans on the export to RU of lithium-ion batteries, pipes for gas and oil pipelines, and nitrocellulose, which is used in gunpowder & rocket propellant. These restrictions will enter force 17 April. From 10 May, Japan
