The Education secretary is already taking steps in the right direction on SEND systems and issues. So important for so many families who have been failed by the current situation. Lots to do but this gives some hope that it will be a priority.

If this is what has been achieved in the first week, I can’t wait to see what they achieve in the weeks, months and years to come. There isn’t a quick fix but this Government is quick to act, is heading in the right direction and, finally, there is hope 🌹
