At how many pre-registered users would you consider building the app? The iOS version is already on the App Store but isn’t generating much revenue. I don't think Android users will generate significantly more. What do you think?

I was on vacation last week, and Apple decided to test my patience. Once your app gets rejected once, you will have to enjoy the endless rejections. Hopefully, I'll have the app published by the end of the month. Anyways, vacation is over, so it's time to SHIP APPS!
