Pumped to get our next study going. Start collecting data Monday. Loading patterns over time post TKR. 6 weeks, 3 mos, 6 mos, 1 year. Do they ever load symmetrically? Great to collaborate with @OrthoKansas on this.

Good to see this from jef. Participating in strength training improves sleep quality. A really underrated benefit of strength training IMO

It was fun writing this and an honor to have it in the JOSPT Community blog. Hopefully the example sessions with cues help but this into practice.. and not only for athletes but applications for gen pop too!

This is great! Just because you have someone emphasize the eccentric portion doesn't mean you are utilizing the greater force production that eccentric action affords. A true "eccentric" in the way we prescribe it requires a supramaximal concentric load

I'm sure this will be top notch! Vien and Erik are sure to deliver some quality content and you can always count on Vien to scratch your itch of SpongeBob memes too

Excited for a centralized online location for all things sports physical therapy. Great group of clinicians in the group so far from academia, cash based, performing arts, NHL, NFL, NCAA, MLB, & the NBA. If youโ€™re a sports physical therapist, join here: discord.gg/2QghC9M2
