So British Airways do you have any plan to have a website that allows me to book flights in the near future? I've tried 6 times this week and with login problems and payment timeouts it seems basically impossible.

What is going on British Airways ? Cancelling a flight (more than 24 hours in advance) on non-reduced fare through the website gives me 20% refund. If I change the ticket instead of canceling, then the flight prices offered are 50% more than the prices quoted for a new booking.
