Update!! Marina's paper is now published in Polymer Chemistry Steven Pollack as part of its Emerging Investigators Series. Congrats team! doi.org/10.1039/D4PY00… Tweetorial on major takeaways šŸ‘‡. Peer review led to clearer explanations of sequence designs + a mini-study on dynamics!

Instead of listing my publications, as the year draws to an end, I want to put pressure on the commonplace assumption that productivity must always increase. Good research is disruptive and thinking time is central to high quality scholarship and necessary for disruptive research

The Society of Rheology is sad to announce the passage of 1994 Bingham Medalist Professor Andreas Acrivos. Prof. Acrivos and his numerous students and colleagues have made impactful and lasting contributions to rheology theory and practice.

Last month, Dr. Michael Burroughs Mike Burroughs won a Best Poster Award from the ACS PMSE Division!! ACS PMSE Division Mike’s poster featured his recent work on the hybrid synthesis of bottlebrush DNA polymers for direct visualization at fluid–solid interfaces. Congratulations, Mike!
