3 yrs ago today - 3 days to go until live launch of #TeamNightingale. We worked so hard to prepare for what was to come although the months that followed were a steep learning curve. So proud we are approaching our 3rd bday and to have an established #continuityofcarer service 😊

Happy 3rd birthday #TeamNightingale 🥳 Proud is an understatement & feel a little emosh today. CoC does improve maternal & neonatal outcomes, does improve maternal satisfaction & experience, does increase midwife satisfaction. It's been a journey & onwards we travel #DannisDiary
