How long does it take for my 2019 roll over MQMs to show up on my Delta account?

Just had my second CALPAK suitcase shatter within the past year. Both were used less than 10 times each. Expensive and disappointing. 😔

Nothing like being in Uganda with none of your belongings because Delta and KLM lost your bag. Can't even contact KLM to find out if I'll see my stuff again. Wearing the same outfit for 3 days so far, like 7 or 8 to go. Won't be able to wash/brush my hair for that long either.
