Good day in Fife with riyoko presenting our research on the Grangemouth refinery at a discussion on the future of the Mossmorran petrochemicals complex organised by Mark Ruskell and Dr Daria Shapovalova. It included workers, union officials and civil servants.

Grateful for the trust and the invite to facilitate the second summit on just transition in Mossmorran. The govt has now committed to developing a plan in 2025, and we hope our efforts can feed into the process and substance of this work.

I met Bob in Hawaii of all places, at an event on Arctic science and governance. Rarely did I meet someone so senior who was so generous with their time and advice for younger scholars, so warm and funny. In October at ACA, dozens signed his birthday banner and now this sad news.
