Once we query a genomic region in NHGRI-EBI GWAS Catalog, many signals associated with various phenotypes show up, even for a renown #GWAS locus with very strong effect. My PhD chapter 2, part of TrainCKDis ITN consortium, may shed light on the pleiotropic impact of a locus like #SHROOM3.
