Every game we do is special to me - but Beautiful Desolation is one that I still dream about.

I went into Post Trauma expecting some pretty environments to explore and a bit of survival horror flavour. I absolutely did NOT expect to find some genuinely brilliant puzzle design and pacing!? I am incredibly impressed. The very rare combat encounters compliment it perfectly.

I wanted to make night as authentically oppressive as possible to punish bad habits inculcated by years of games pretending that night is just desaturated day with a blue filter. It has unfortunately, intentionally made it extremely difficult to test nocturnal events. #gamemaker
