That kind of understanding, collaboration, and respect for the talent of everyone involved keeps us solid as a team. Do you practice this same philosophy?

Life isn't perfect, and it doesn't always favor us. But our failure is an opportunity to learn from our mistakes. When you've had time to reflect, get back out there, and attempt to conquer the task again. If you fail again, just keep taking those lessons to learn from and grow.
