A good initiative and it will strengthen Wales' voice at a crucial time for UK economic policy, but it is disappointing there is no place around the table for further education given the role of colleges in delivering the vocational and technical skills our employers need.

Important recognition from Vikki Howells MS Lynne & Vikki of the growth in college learner numbers this year and the need to keep them in education and training. Thank you to colleagues across the sector for so powerfully making the case for this investment.

Whether at grassroots or the elite level we've made progress on inclusion but football is still a long way from where it needs to be. High-profile players speaking out and standing up makes a huge difference. Empowers young people to get involved in the game.
