Ramped safety back up this week, t/s most stocks 10%, added S&P 500 3 X levered inverse ETF. Cash & inverse etf effectively now cover 2/3 stock value of my ISA small cap p/f. Inverse FT250 ETF covers stocks outside ISA. Need higher safety play than some PI's as live out of p/f

It's not always about the big win. Sometimes it's like a relegation haunted team playing Liverpool-you just hope against hope you can eek out a 0-0 draw but if you do lose it's only by 1-0 😂

Surprised able to buy #SDI for 20% less than I wrongly sold at last Aug. Added small to #WEY and a sizeable sum to #LIT ahead of results tomorrow.

Sold circa 75% of my S&P500 & FT250 inverse etfs. My stocks are down ave 15% tdy but the shorts have kept fall of my p/f to -4.7%. Think market may fall futher but decided too risky to keep all, now covers about 40% of my stocks.

I hold 3USS, 3X levered S&P 500 and 1MCS unlevered FT250. HL don't have levered 250. By Wisdom Tree who total $40Bn+ AUM. List of all HL short etfs for info- hl.co.uk/shares/exchang… Mgmt costs low but wide spread so not really best for day trading!
