🗣 I am looking to speak to doctors about their experiences of volunteering in LMICs for my PhD study. I am now including those aged under 30. Previously, I had opted to speak to qualified doctors to ascertain how their careers had been impacted by volunteering.

For practical skills like improvement, we learn best by doing, in real time. It's about acting our way into new ways of knowing, by experimenting/testing out new ways of working in our own context. It's more effective than reading or listening on a course. Graphic: Janis Ozolins
